Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable, including (but not limited to):

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or defective item).


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, we recommend returning your original order (if eligible) and placing a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
